- What is an outcall massage?
- An outcall massage is one where the therapist travels to you rather than you visiting a shop. She brings the oil and her own fresh sheets to your hotel room, condominium or home anywhere in Bangkok, works on your own bed, and takes her linen away with her afterwards.
- How quickly can a therapist arrive?
- Usually within the arrival window we quote when you book, which depends on your district and what the traffic is doing. Central areas along the Sukhumvit and Silom lines are at the quick end. We quote a window rather than an exact time because anybody promising a precise minute across this city is guessing.
- Are you really open 24 hours?
- Yes, every day including public holidays. A large share of our work happens after ten at night, when almost every shop in the city has closed.
- Which areas of Bangkok do you cover?
- All of it. Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Riverside, Siam, Ari, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Rama 9, Ratchada and out to the suburbs. There is no transport charge within seven kilometres, which covers the central districts, and beyond that a transportation support fee applies by distance band. Every district page states its own arrival window.
- What do I need to provide?
- A bed and enough room to stand beside it. The therapist brings the oil and her own fresh sheets, and there is nothing else to find. Every treatment on the menu is worked on your bed, traditional Thai included, so nothing needs clearing and no furniture needs moving.
- Will the oil stain the sheets?
- No. The therapist lays her own sheet over your bed and works on top of that, so the oil goes onto her linen rather than the hotel's, and she takes it away when she leaves. Traditional Thai uses no oil at all.
- How do I pay?
- Cash in Thai baht, or card and PromptPay on request. Payment is taken after the treatment, never up front, and the price quoted when you book is the price you pay.
- Are your therapists certified?
- Every therapist holds a Thai Ministry of Public Health massage licence, and most also trained at Wat Pho. You are welcome to ask to see certification at the door.
- Is this a strictly therapeutic service?
- Yes. This business provides therapeutic massage only. Every treatment is a named treatment with a stated duration and price, standard draping applies throughout, and there is nothing else on the menu. Requests for anything else end the appointment and the booking is charged in full.
